Our Leadership

Dorce Venord — Founder / Executive Leadership

Dorce is a healthcare professional, entrepreneur, and community-focused leader with extensive experience in healthcare and the development and operation of recovery-oriented and community-based programs. As a co-founder of Divine Recovery Home, established in 2019, his work has focused on creating practical systems of support for individuals facing substance use challenges, housing instability, and barriers to successful community reintegration. Through Divine Recovery Home, Dorce is committed to expanding access to housing-focused support, resource navigation, life-skills development, and services that help individuals achieve greater stability and independence.

Karina Acosta — Co-Founder / Executive Leadership

Karina is a co-founder and leader of Divine Recovery Home and has extensive experience supporting the development and operation of recovery housing and community-based services. She is passionate about creating supportive environments where individuals are treated with dignity and have access to the resources, encouragement, and practical assistance needed to move forward. Karina helps guide Divine Recovery Home’s commitment to compassionate, person-centered support and long-term community stability.
